This Woman's Photo Shows What Happens to Your Skin When You Lose 90 Pounds
Reaching your is definitely a serious feat, but it's not all rainbows and skinny jeans once you get there—it can come with a lot of excess skin.
And that's a fact Instagrammer Rachel Graham, who lost 90 pounds, is getting real about in her latest post.

In the Insta, Rachel poses in a sports bra with her loose skin on full display from the front and side. Rachel writes that the photos were taken minutes apart and are her way of addressing questions about how she lost all the weight without loose skinor stretch marks. "I didn't! It’s all there,” she wrote in the caption, adding that, “high-waisted bottoms have become my BFF.” Check out the photos here:
But, she writes, she has zero regrets about losing the weight. “I am more fit than I've ever been in my entire life. Happier. HEALTHIER."

But, still, the extra skin is not her favorite. “I'd be lying if I said my loose skin wasn't an insecurity of mine, but I refuse to let it consume me,” Rachel writes. “It doesn't hold me back like the weight used to.”
Rachel points out that her stomach has been through a lot, including two pregnancies and a 100-pound weight gain so, yeah, loose skin can happen. But she stresses that other people considering a weight-loss journey like hers shouldn’t stress about that part.(Get after your weight-loss goals with )

“Will you have loose skin after losing weight? I can't answer that for you, everybody is different,” she writes. “Will it be worth it, regardless? YES.”
Her fans have been super-supportive and even shared their own stories. “Lost 100 lbs naturally! Had the same experience,” one wrote. “At times is hard to overcome. Glad I read your post.” Another wrote: “You are freaking gorgeous, and I LOVE your story.” Overall, Rachel’s body-positive post has nabbed more than 5,000 likes and 284 comments.
Rachel says she plans to have surgery to remove the skin “some day” but in the meantime, she just working on self-love. Damn, that’s inspirational.
